Over time, I realised that many of my clients return again and again, but life gets busy, dates fill up quickly, and sometimes they miss the chance to book. I never want my returning clients to feel disappointed or rushed into finding another photographer. That’s why I created the MintPic Annual Photo Membership. It’s designed for those who want to stay with me throughout the year and be confident their place is secured. Your moments won’t be missed — because moments don’t wait, and they matter. ⸻ 🤍 What this membership is about This is not an offer for everyone. It’s a personal concept created to make photography calmer, simpler, and more reliable. You book once — and know your photographer is already chosen for the year. No stress. No repeated searching. No thinking about prices. Everything is discussed personally. No hidden fees. No unnecessary extras. Just a clear and comfortable way to plan your photo sessions and enjoy the process. ⸻ 📸 What’s included MintPic Annual Photo Membership — £299 • 4 photo sessions within 12 months • Up to 1 hour per session • 1 location per session • A relaxed, unhurried shooting style • 10–15 professionally edited digital photos per session That’s 40–60 edited images over the year. Each session can be used in a way that fits your life at that moment: • Family sessions • Individual portraits • Couples • Maternity • Newborn & baby milestones • Children’s birthdays • Personal branding • Lifestyle portraits • Pets & owners • Seasonal sessions You choose — every time. ⸻ 🌿 Why this exists This membership removes stress, uncertainty, and disappointment. Cancellation Policy
📅 MintPic Annual Photo Membership – Booking Policy • The membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. • It includes 4 photo sessions, which can be booked at any time during the membership period. • All sessions are booked personally by arrangement, subject to availability. • Booking in advance is recommended to secure preferred dates, especially during busy seasons. • Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the membership holder only. • Locations are within Northamptonshire, unless agreed otherwise in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session. • In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, flexibility may be offered at the photographer’s discretion. Usage & Expiry • All sessions must be used within the 12-month membership period. • Unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded after the membership expires. • The membership fee is non-refundable, as availability is reserved especially for you. This policy exists to keep the process fair, calm and enjoyable — with clear communication, trust and flexibility whenever possible 🤍
