This package is tailored exclusively for pet owners who want to capture the joy and companionship their furry friends bring to their lives. During the 1.5-hour session, we’ll capture a variety of playful, candid, and posed shots that showcase your pet’s character. You’ll receive eight high-quality digital images that have been professionally retouched, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect. As an added touch, we’ll create a personalized collage digital image that beautifully showcases your pet’s different expressions. Whether you have a mischievous kitten, a loyal dog, or any other furry companion, our Pet Portrait Plan is designed to provide you with a heartwarming and lasting memory of your four-legged friend.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Reservation: • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This will be applied to the total session cost. • The remaining balance is due on the session day. • Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: • In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. • Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 3. Session Details: • Session durations and descriptions by package: • Package 1: 1 hour - Basic • Package 2: 1.5 hours - Pet Portrait • Package 3: 2 hours - Standard • Package 4: 4 hours - Premium • Please arrive on time; late arrivals will reduce the session time. • Mintpic Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals. 4. Image Delivery: • Only final edited images will be provided. • Final edited images are delivered within 3 weeks after the session. • Images are provided in JPG format via an online file-sharing service or on a boxed USB, depending on the chosen package. 5. Image Rights and Usage: • Mintpic Photography retains copyright to all images. • Clients have personal usage rights. Commercial use requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees. • Mintpic Photography may use images for marketing, promotional purposes, and portfolio unless otherwise agreed. 6. Client Responsibilities: • Clients must secure any necessary permissions for location shoots. • Clients are responsible for their own and others’ safety during the session. 7. Model Release: • By booking, clients agree to a model release, allowing Mintpic Photography to use images for marketing, promotional purposes, and portfolio unless otherwise specified. 8. Limit of Liability: • In case of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, Mintpic Photography will attempt to reschedule the session. • Mintpic Photography is not liable for injuries or damages during the session. 9. Privacy Policy: • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent. • Images will not be sold without explicit client permission. 10.
