Service Description
Standard • Up to 2-hours professional photo-shoot • 30 professional digital images • Professional Retouching • Boxed exclusive USB Perfect for individuals or small groups who want a more inclusive and enjoyable photo-shoot experience. With up to a 2-hour session, we'll have ample time to capture a wide range of moments and expressions, ensuring your personality shines through. You'll receive 30 stunning digital images that have been professionally retouched, bringing out the best in every shot. As an added touch, your images will be beautifully presented in a boxed USB, making it easy to store and share your precious memories. Whether it's a family gathering, engagement shoot, or personal branding, the Standard Package offers a friendly and comprehensive package tailored to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Reservation: • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This will be applied to the total session cost. • The remaining balance is due on the session day. • Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: • In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. • Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 3. Session Details: • Session durations and descriptions by package: • Package 1: 1 hour - Basic • Package 2: 1.5 hours - Pet Portrait • Package 3: 2 hours - Standard • Package 4: 4 hours - Premium • Please arrive on time; late arrivals will reduce the session time. • Mintpic Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals. 4. Image Delivery: • Only final edited images will be provided. • Final edited images are delivered within 3 weeks after the session. • Images are provided in JPG format via an online file-sharing service or on a boxed USB, depending on the chosen package. 5. Image Rights and Usage: • Mintpic Photography retains copyright to all images. • Clients have personal usage rights. Commercial use requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees. • Mintpic Photography may use images for marketing, promotional purposes, and portfolio unless otherwise agreed. 6. Client Responsibilities: • Clients must secure any necessary permissions for location shoots. • Clients are responsible for their own and others’ safety during the session. 7. Model Release: • By booking, clients agree to a model release, allowing Mintpic Photography to use images for marketing, promotional purposes, and portfolio unless otherwise specified. 8. Limit of Liability: • In case of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, Mintpic Photography will attempt to reschedule the session. • Mintpic Photography is not liable for injuries or damages during the session. 9. Privacy Policy: • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent. • Images will not be sold without explicit client permission. 10.
